Clachan Manse B&B is situated as close to the beach as it is possible to get. With views out across the crystal clear waters of the bay to the Cuillin Hills beyond, it couldn’t be in a better position for enjoying a relaxed and peaceful break.

Owned by Tery and Daniel McCowan, Tery is an interior designer (Clement Design) and Daniel is a joiner (McCowan Joinery), and they pooled their talents to create a really lovely place to stay. The Manse is a beautiful old building with an annexe which was restored and converted into two double ensuite rooms by McCowan Joinery. Tery then worked her magic with the interiors and furnishings.

Right on the NC500 route, in walking distance of the Applecross Inn and the Walled Garden restaurant, and nestled at the base of the epic Bealach na Ba, and numerous trails, Clachan Manse is a great place to begin an epic adventure. Breathe in the stillness, swim in the cool clean waters, or enjoy a gastronomic delight, before returning to the comfort and restorative surroundings of Clachan Manse.

Prices from £125 per night including breakfast.
